Medical records proving your condition are a must. The DOH wont approve you if you dont have records showing proof of chronic pain. After that, you have to find 2 doctors to sign off on it before it goes to the department of health for approval. Honestly bro, im 26 and NEVER thought they would approve me, but as long as you have records to back up your claim, it should be pretty easy. Wellp i've got no documents right now, I guess the best tgn would be to go to a chiro out here in AZ to start getting some kind of proof?
