So Pungent
Hey guys, I got a high-quality quarter, and the odor is out of control! Back in the day when I used to smoke a lot, it was just swag and I never had to worry about the smell unless it was like a QP.
Anyway, I got this thing wrapped in baggies, several layers of foil, plastic grocery bags, paper lunch sacks, all wrapped up in a t-shirt and a sweatshirt? and it??ll still fill the room with the skunk odor if I just open the drawer.
This is probably a dumb question, haha, but is there a finite amount of funk? I mean, will it calm down at all if I let the bud air out and dry a little bit? It dries out eventually anyway since it lasts me so long. Storing it in the freezer is not an option, unfortunately.
What about a mason jar--would that completely contain the odor?BlowoutComb Reviewed by BlowoutComb on . So Pungent Hey guys, I got a high-quality quarter, and the odor is out of control! A mason jar would do a better job than your MacGyver skills.
The best option is one of those vacuum seal containers. You can pick one up off eBay for like $5. They work great. Completely seals out odor and seals in freshness so your sweet stinky weed stays sweet and stinky for an extended period of time.

look up tightvac. they are legit. got different sizes for different sizes of stashes, plus are useful for your household needs too. and if you have mason jars, make sure they have the sealing ring, or wax in the top. and if you have one, you could vacuum seal the jar with something like the food saver and it would help it last longer too.

Mason jars dude, they are hella cheap you dont have to waste time and money using stupid bags. just get a jar. Vacuum sealers are great dont get me wrong but if you already dont have one dont get one just for this purpose thats silly.

Wow, funny you should mention my MacGyver skills; I??m a 29 y.o. cripple who??s totally been ??surviving? on my weed MacGyver skills. Even with my gimp hands, I made a nice thick-enough foil pipe that never needs cleaning, cut little disposable foil screens that last a few hits each, and catch my buzz with the tiniest hits that I hold in as long as possible (hardly any smoke is exhaled). And boom, takes care of my neuropathic pain, just like that. My living situation of course is what requires me to stay stealth all the way.
Anyway, those tightvacs look awesome; I wouldn??t mind at all paying twenty bucks and getting a medium one and a mini one. On the other hand, are mason jars just as effective? If you had to quantify it, and the vacs are 100%, are the jars close to that? My other problem though, again, I have very limited hand function/strength, so if the jar lid is super tight, I might not be able to open it, though I can manage most lids just fine. Either way, it might be a couple weeks before I get anything, as I don??t have independent transportation and can??t get any of this delivered here via mail.
Well, sorry for the rambling, I??m just kinda thinking out loud trying to figure everything out. None of the people I rely on to bring me this shit even live in the same city, so I gotta decide what to do before I put my request in, haha.
Okay, thanks everyone.

you cant smell anything in/or from a mason jar.why do you think they use them to store food and stuff in them. And no offense but can you justify the cost of a vacuum system all for a quarter ounce? Hell even a baby food jar would work just fine. also using aluminum foil to make pipes with isnt exactly the smartest thing to do either.

Thanks, man. I looked into vaporizers yesterday. The only one as compact as mine is that ubie vaporizer, and it has to be cleaned regularly. I know they??re by far the healthiest method, but I don??t smoke all that much. Not even every day, and when I do it??s a very small amount.
Well, it's obvious I didn't read the rules till after I posted, but I guess you can't edit messages after a certain amount of time. I was gonna remove the part about the hommade device, so if a mod wants to do it, that's cool.
Hey, irydyum, right back at you. One of those albums I have to make sure and go back to a few times a year. And it really doesn't even sound that dated, just top-notch music all the way around. Also, if you've never heard it, he put out kind of a solo album under the name Cherrywine. Way different, but still good music.
