Is this the so-called tacoing or canoeing?
My plants are 11 days old... Watered two or three times, and they are in Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil.

I'll go out on a limb and say no. They look ok for their age. To me they look like they need more light.

Looks good. Ocean Forest by itsself is heavy, so be careful not to overwater. I mix most potting soil with 25% perlite and 25% peat moss.
I agree they need more light.
The last pic looks like there are white spots on the leaves but maybe it's just the photo?
