Yes sir, that's a male. Those flowers in the pic have already opened and dumped pollen. If you don't want more, I would remove it ASAP.

so my entire crop is fertilized? is there any way to make sure as little polination as posible? is my crop ruined?

You wont really have any idea of extent of damage until you harvest the females. Ideally, you want to remove males BEFORE their flowers open. Nothing is ruined, cannabis made seeds long before you came along. So worst case is you have some seeded buds, best case is maybe one or 2 here and there.
Get rid of the male before any more pollen gets dumped on your girls.

the pollen is slowly released, so it's not like you're gonna have a massive number of seeds. also, depending on how far along your girls are, you can do a foliar of some kind (even plain water) and this will take care of any remaining pollen. but it could also be all over the room, sooooo.........
