and thats the whole bill that takes effect on that date? see i posted that date b4 and someone told me that i was misinformed and that date was only for the shops to pay the fee or whatever?

The original effective date was 7-1-2011 but Romer has moved it up to 7-01-2010.

So does anyone know when the final vote or whatever will take place? Also is there still time for changes to be made to the bill. This whole thing is quite weird to me. Are M. Brown, Rommer, and a hand full of dispensaries the only ones that want to see this thing come to fruition?

Yes to they are the only ones I know of and it will most likely be rushed through and signed by the gov. within 2 weeks
