Judge Gray - Regulate Cannabis in Nov.
^ yes, it is true, it does take sh*tload of cash to run a successful campaign and these guys have delivered in spades, but to me that just begs the question of why? why is the prop gaining momentum while all others in the past have failed?
The answer, in my humble opionion , is because its a good idea. this mechanism of leaving all the authority in the hands of the counties will work, because it already does work for alcohol. This is the difference between this and all others that have come before it and why I think it can be a success.
If this prop passes, and some brave Cali counties enter into the waters and the sky does not fall, I predict this model will spread like wildfire across all the other states. :smokin: maybe even here in Oklahoma some day. well . . that might be pushing it a bit.
