    Timer failed during budding

I'm four weeks into budding (third indoor grow, still feel like a newbie though), everything looks great (thanks to all the awesome threads here I never need to ask any questions, til now)... But when I got up the other morning one of my three lights was still on which means 9 extra hours that day. I didn't have time to get a new timer for a few days so I did it manually and fell asleep early once causing 5 extra hours. I have a new timer on and assume that won't be an issue again, but do any of you think there is much risk the plants were stressed enough to go hermie on me from those two lapses?
thanks in advance for your thoughts.

You could be fine....but hermies happen! Keep a close eye on your babies over the next few weeks....look for the nanners at the base of the flower! I actually had a similar situation. I was about 5 weeks into flowering and my light cycle was disturbed while I was away for the weekend. I did notice first signs of hermie on my plants right at the 8 week mark so i just cut them. I didn't have any seeds and the weed was still great, but I got lucky! Just keep your eyes open.....good luck!

Can you please tell us the strain and a update on how it turned out in the end. Every strand is different and can be sensitive to certain problematic areas. You could be fine or your lady might get pissed and throw nanners. My lights only got left on for 3 extra hours once and it didn't affect them. The strand was "granddaddy purple"

Awesome, thanks! will just keep an eye out, I'm a few over my OR med allowance of mature plants and am nearly ready to start thinning in the next two weeks anyway based on previous notes from this strain which I can only assume is your standard commercial hybrid... no fancy seeds here but they are second generation homegrown and we've been happy with their high.
Now that I'm getting my routine down I'm feeling confident enough to invest in fancier strains in the future.
