    Flat fee contribution...not "donation"?
    Thats pretty bold, posting prices.

So I take it anyone with a MMJ permit and a business license can sell pot now in Washington and not worry about arrest?

yeah posting prices is pretty bold... you can not obtain a business license for MMJ in washington... and its strictly patient networks accepting "Donations" only to their members........if the laws change every yahoo with a pot seed is going to try and grow mmj and sell it..... it will be the patients who suffer if this happens

It depends on the county, and the manner in which you are doing it.

Think of it this way, let's say you are a patient and you need meds. Let's say you only know 1 person that can get you meds, and they have to drive 3 hours to get to their hook up. This costs them 6 hours in driving plus the time to get the meds, and all the gasoline associated with it. Let's say you give that person the cost of the ounce they must purchase for you (250 dollars), and an extra 100 dollars for the 8 hours + full tank of gas they will spend. You've just paid someone 350 dollars for an ounce that cost them 250.

Did that person operate within good faith of the washington medical marijuana law? I think they did. And I think what they did is no different than a dispensary which purchases meds (or grows), adds their over head (this is the time they invested and all their associated costs, like the gas our friend in the example had to buy) and charges patients that need that medicine accordingly.

Senator Kohl-Welles is going (she says) to introduce legislation next year explicitly spelling out the legalities for dispensaries and collectives, so hopefully then we have official guidance. Until then its up to the DA to allow those willing to provide patients with the meds they need to do so without going to trial.

The prices are not a problem (just bold):rasta: they are quite spot on with our network up here.......hopefully the senator can get the legislation done because all of our patients dont want our future resting in the hands of the DA

I'm pretty sure 'donation' and 'contribution' are synonyms.

Donations and contributions are a joke. There is nothing wrong with selling products if you're a nonprofit. And you can still make just as much money as you want if you're a nonprofit. Nonprofit is a joke, it always has been.
I'm kind of wondering whats going to happen when the IRS decides to start auditing these places. It will be ugly because the dispensaries are not going to have receipts to prove what they paid for product so that means they will have to declare almost the whole sales amount as profit.

I just love the way these places like the one above are so arrogant about their illegal businesses....donation seems to be the best selling bullshit on the market at a going rate less than others...

They don't realize when it comes time to pay the piper....your patients will run away in fear of being associated with you and your illegal enterprise activities......

Speaking of that, mr. allison replaced himself with a budtender as so he escapes the hand to hand sales criminal liability each day....

He learned this from steve sarich...steve had his 21 yr. old GF as the provider(budtender) for a grip of patients...over 150 I believe was reported.

Leo sent in CI's into cannacare/sentry to do controlled buy's...they reported it in the search warrant for his house....

I wonder how many have been done at these dispensaries so far???

Good luck nec420...even though ya banned me for personal reasons vs. causing shit on your site and violating your rules....since when is "INSUBORDINATION" A SITE RULE??? geez a little lame mike.

You could have told iso you don't play favorites...like ya made the point to ion, no-one is special...

So iso said get rid of troy and james sr r he wasn't going to come to the club or post anything on nec420...notice cannachrist and myself have been banned for being "ASSHOLES" ......we both told iso to piss off....in a PM at that....

Again, best wishes to you NEC420.

You have something to say to me, knucklehead?

Why not just start a shit-slinging thread about me and be done with it.

But, don't be too shocked when you find out how wrong you are and don't be too surprised when you find out just how many people don't like it.

You might wanna prepare your formal apology before you start, too... you'll DEFINITELY need it.
