    What we have to realize

Is that short of legalization, ANY policing of MMJ will be too much for us. So we MUST push forward.

I don't blame these legislatures for wanting to regulate. If any other "pharmacy" bought heir painkillers, sleep aids, and other "medicine" from any random person who could mix up some chemicals, we'd be horrified.

I agree with a lot of what this bill says. Is it restrictive? OF COURSE!! Am I sorry for those who grow a fairly harmless herb and are now going to get screwed. YES! But at the same time, you take your risks in life. Jumping on a bandwagon has it's dangers. ALL business are subject to a million and one volatile conditions.

I voiced my opinion in another thread and I felt like it was only correct to speak the WHOLE truth as I see it.

    Legalize

    What we have to realize

I agree that we must take the next step and push for legalization. We dont need restrictions on plant numbers, and a million rules regulating weed.

I do agree that if some people hadnt been so greedy and blatant , that we might not be facing such strict new regulations. Colorado pretty much legalized weed last september, and the state government is saying no way, and the dea is now all over Colorado. The only solution if full legalization with no stipulations. Make weed worthless, and all these dispensaries will go away on their own.

Lab testing can be done periodically to ensure quality control from anyone that can just mix up some nutes and grow grade a chronic in their basement, this industry has done somewhat of a good job regulating itself imo. The bad dispensaries are slowly beeing put out of business as more and more patients find good dispensaries, and caregivers.

Well it screws you as a patient as well, not just all the growers that supply all the disp's that you buy you're meds from. Patients and Caregivers and dispensaries know this will hurt their ability to obtain quality meds, especially variety. There are caregivers selling top shelf for $200 oz, below wholesale as some dispensaries will pay $250 an ounce for good top shelf. When caregivers, or growers can't pass that savings on to the patients anymore there will be a monopoly, and dispensaries are not going to eat all the new fee's their going to be hit with.

I'm just saying you should be sorry for the patients as well, their going to loose a lot, including free meds every month, that will be a thing of the past. I do agree with you on some things, heres a good quote from GratefulMeds.

And if we all get screwed? We need to boycott the New Mega Dispensary Model they are setting up. Have mass public disobedience, and put Complete & Total Legalization on the Ballot.

    Farmersteve,

Check your User CP. I don't see any other way to contact you.

Read your other post and was wondering what you had in mind.
