Haha, I was smelling the burn off all day today in Louisiana. On a side note, I love how everyone keeps talking about the damn environment while forgetting that human lives were lost in all of this. People really have their priorities straight. I'm surprised the smell could make it that far though.

Yeah I was a little confused when I hear the rig exploded, but not a mention of x amount of workers lives were lost.. The environmental impact for sure is a major fucking disaster, but unless the rig was unmanned, I don't know why they didn't mention the loss of human life..

thats funny you think that dumb ass human lives are more important then our
earth thousands of people die everyday and it don't slow down the population
but fucking millions of gallons of oil spilling into the ocean will have long standing adverse effects on our coastal waterway which directly has an impact
on human and wildlife sustainability for years to come on the other hand
all the people who died were only consumers helping to exhaust natural resources that we have so little of so as i see the more the better
and as how birds an fish are more important then stupid fucking human lives
is the fact that birds and fish contribute to our ecosystem which directly relates to the health of our environment that helps us continue to live in this world but humans are consumers that exploit, deprive and destroy everything around them at all costs

So when someone close to you passes away (dies) your comments will be the same i assume ?
eg.drown in your fish pond.
drag them out and discard them before they contaminate the pond and kill the fish.
i agree with your thoughts on man destroying the planet 100%
but to negate the feelings of others is pathetic.
people like yourself who appear to show no feelings are generally classified medically as schizophrenic.
remember every time that you take a piss or a crap where it goes-oop's did'nt you realise that you are causing pollution and polluting the ocean.
perhaps you are the reason that when we eat some fish we state that it tastes like shit.
you caused it-you polluted the fish and it was poisoned and we ate it.
oop's my mistake-you did'nt-because your crap comes out of the wrong end.
go hold a placcard up somewhere and protest against man and his destruction of the planet.do something useful and don't just sit on your ass moaning.
whilst you are on your pc-check and see the pollution that the discarded part's cause to the planet-simply by using it you are causing pollution.
i hope you are not from the UK we are daft enough without people like yourself.
your meds don't seem to be working-try changing to cod liver oil.
:stupid:

Eleven men lost their lives. Fathers, brothers, husbands, dead...That is a tragedy. Nothing can minimize the loss of these men...nothing.
Disaster is what is happening right now. This has the makings of a totally f##ked up Gulf Coast. And also, nothing can minimize the loss of this marine envionment...nothing
The two are apples and oranges. They can sit on the same bowl but they are different. Which is bigger? Who cares? Both are horrible.
