Best advice is don't download and install the stuff in the first place! Keep Microsoft windows, and all other software applications upto date. And run your computer as a User not as a Administrator that way everything needs your consent before it gets installed on your computer.

After reading this thread, I am reminded that Windows really sucks. Buy a Mac. If you had one like me, you could spend those franklins on a nice bag of haze instead of fuckin mcASSE virus scan that never protected my ass when my windows machine crashed in 2001.
