just got my drug test form

hey guys, got my drug test form in the mail today.
its from quest diagnostics.
just wondering if there is anyway to know from the form if my employer ordered some special test, or different cutoffs than the one listed on quest's site.

it says its a 6633N SAP test.
i was kinda nervous and missed that line lol.

Tell from the form? Not really. I suspect that Quest Diagnostics could be quite cooperative if the client employer were willing to pay more.

it said 50-10 something next to it. im guessing their doing the 50ng/ml test first.. if positive send out for the 15ng/ml gc/m watever its called?

Just a standard immunassay test with GC/MS for confirmation if needed
