Just quit whatever it is they are kicking you out for and tell them you're done with it and you'd like to come back. Your parents are educated, and more than likely know what's best for you in the long run. They've been around the block more than once I'm sure. The only reason I've ever seen people kicked out of home (and I've seen it happen plenty of times), is because they were completely fucking something up and not only harming themselves, but the people around them also. This includes both emotional and physical harm. More than often it's drugs and the family suffers because of this. Judging by your first post you don't have much respect for them (maybe reasonably so) and seem rather immature, but if you don't even say what they are kicking you out for, I'm forced to believe it's your fault.

I won't take sides here; it's already been said that only one side of the story has been presented. But I've been around too, and have witnessed more than a few situations where the parents were indeed out of whack. There's no way for us to know, really.

Rachel, we've talked before, and I know you're an intelligent person with a lot going for her. I know, too, that you've had your difficulties. It's would be easy for me to speculate about what's the right thing to do, but I can remember what it was like to be 17 - 18, and know that I had a long way to go before I started getting my act together. So, no holier than thou here, just a bit of understanding based on personal experience. You can't control your parents, but you can control yourself, and maybe find some middle ground where everybody's at least at a level of mutual tolerance. Sometimes you have to bend a little, but if anybody had told me this when I was 17, I'd have had a hard time relating to it. It's probably impossible for your parents to understand you completely, but it's not their fault; they had parents and problems of their own, no doubt, when they were young. They do the best they can with what life's taught them. Sometimes life is an unworthy teacher. That goes for us all.

You're a beautiful, intelligent girl. So if you can focus yourself on living within certain boundries, the ones we all have to deal with, you could have quite a good life.

If I can just add one more thing, it's that the more substances and wild lifestyle stuff we do, the more confusing and difficult our lives become. Sometimes it helps a lot to take a vacation from living on the edge, just to get your head together.

you are quite possibly the most inconsiterate person on the face of the planet. you get pissed when people stereotype potheads im sure, but you go off and be a hypocrite and stereotype her ebcuase she is a teenager...let me tell you a litle about rachel. she is 17 yeas old (or she was when i met her) she has been kicked out by her family on many occations, she is forced to live homeless on the streets or at a shelter alot, shes been addicted to many hard drugs and she is also one of the most intillectual persons ive ever met, and i would bet my life that in a battle of whits she would own your ass in a hand basket, dont be a fucking asshol because you arent impressing anyone, and dont even say your not trying to because if you know anything about psychology (wich i highly doubt) youd know that the subconsious desires like the urge to be accepet by peers often leek through to concious actions in which you attempt to act devine or place yourself at a higher level than that of the person and trash talk a girl with a hard life

and also, what is wrong with venting on the boards, who here hasnt made a thread about personal problems atleast once in their stay here at cannabis.com?

I don't get made when people stereotype potheads, sure they're ignorant but they can't help it? I'm a teenager my self, I'm not stereotyping teenagers, I'm stereotyping the whiny-ass ones. Addicted to many hard drugs you say? WHOS FAULT IS THAT? IT'S NO ONE ELSES FAULT BUT HER OWN. Kicked out on many occassions?
