Las Vegas - Not sure if everyone uses these slangs in Vegas, but me and my friends do.

High, blazed, stoned, faded, ripped, gone, fucked up, trippin, smoked out, lifted, flying and floating.

Twisted is when you are drunk and stoned at the same time, or on more than one drug.

And sometimes when we are high we say we're Chinease (as in when your eyes get all small) haha no offense to chinease people by the way.

And ummm....i'm so blazed.
