Are yours growing in sets of 3??? I have 1 fan leaf that has 10 one is like just growing up from the fan...

At firsts it did not pop for 2 weeks so I poked in and found like 2 stems growing... Then I covered it back over and the second stem died off... Now note from the Pic it has a set of 3 fans...
