I'm enlisting in the marines, in about two weeks I'm going to meps where they'll be testing me. I don't smoke anymore and I can count the times I've smoked in my life on my fingers, but 45 days ago I smoked a bowl at a birthday party, before that I hadn't smoked in at least thirty days maybe longer. My recruiter mentioned a hair follicle test and a urine test. Given the amount I've smoked and the time will I test positive for the hair test?

Ive never heard of the military doing a hair test, seems a bit extensive to me. Either way I think you should be fine for both tests. If your still skeptical, go buy a home test kit and use the first urine void of the day and you'll have your results.
