Obama Lied. The DOJ lied...the DEA lied...etc.

Why are you all surprised that the "change" bullshit was all to get your votes...only to fuck us since this administration has been in office? Its all about big money for Prison Guard Unions, Government Employee Unions, Police Budgets, etc. etc.

This is why I voted Ron Paul...and he was the only intelligent "non-stooge" in the last election. I urge you all to become more libertarian and vigilant in our struggle. It is time we took aggressive and non-violent tactics to show thee people how ridiculous this whole war on drugs really is.

I don't trust my Government. I fear my Government...and these Stated Rights issues have been fought over since the Civil War. Don't let the history revisionists indoctrinate you...it was not about Slavery until the Civil war was almost over.

Educate yourselves...exercise your rights...speak your mind...and get the truth out there.

I fear we will see more of these "Federally Sponsored Robberies" of both growers & dispensaries more and more over the summer. They have to fill that slush fund with as much stolen property and cash as possible before we make it legal Federally. I think there is a big storm coming before the calm. Hey DEA, isn't there still enough money left in busting Meth & Heroin Dealers? Where are your priorities?:wtf:

There was a good point in the comments of that article... someone said something to the effect that we're being taxed to create laws for us to grow MMJ and we're also being taxed to pay for the DEA to come and steal the MMJ right out from under us! Doesn't make sense at all...

    ACTION ALERT: HEARING ON HB1284
This is your *last chance* to give public testimony on House Bill 1284, a
bill designed to destroy the current medical marijuana program in Colorado.

We are also urging you to CALL and EMAIL the Senate Local Government
    Committee Members (see below.)

HB1284 is now a 72-page monstrosity that allows the Department of Revenue
to control the licensing and all standards of medical marijuana "centers."
On April 22, the bill passed the full House by a vote of 39 to 23. The bill
requires a dispensary to get a state license, a local license and a
cultivation license. A state license might cost up to $50,000, according to
Senator Chris Romer, one of the bill's sponsors. Most dispensaries will not
be able to comply with the requirement to cultivate 70% of their medicine
    onsite.

HB1284 creates Medical Marijuana Enforcement Investigators, who could
investigate the center any time it is open, or appears to be open. They do
not need a search warrant, but they would have police powers to enforce all
Colorado laws. Senator Romer has said that dispensaries could expect an
auditor to be at their clinic every 5 to 7 days.
YouTube - Senator Chris Romer! Marijuana! Auditors! Guns! Best Friends!!!!

HB1284 is fraught with problems. CTI proposes that the state instead set up
a commission to study the issue and introduce a sensible bill next year, to
make sure this complicated issue gets addressed properly.

HB1284 now moves on to a public hearing in the Senate Local Government
Committee, scheduled for Tuesday, April 27.

*This will be the last opportunity to give public testimony on the bill*

    *CAREGIVERS TAKE ACTION*
Caregivers are urged to rally their patients to attend this hearing at the
Capitol. Forward this action alert to your email list and post it on your

Yes...that is the beauty of our system. One man can make a difference. And, it takes one man with balls to actually let the FDA reschedule marijuana...so that we can put the pressure on our Elected Officals...and finally hold them responsible.

    Arm yourselves with knowledge.

Ron Paul = the only politician not flying the banner of Special Interest Groups. Why do you think the Republicans won't support Rand Paul (Ron's son) running for Senate. Heaven forbid we have someone in the Senate, or in Congress, that has not had their vote bought.

While this President takes money from all of the unions, special interests (BIG Pharma, Alcohol, and Tobacco)....etc.etc. And, yes when Obama promised to, "turn everything upside down," we all chanted, "yes we can!"

Instead we have the same bullshit this government has been slamming down our throats for years. It is the responsibility of the people to overturn and disrupt a tyrannical government. Especially, when we follow all of the rules...and are told that if we follow state rules...the DEA will not intercede. And, it was all bullshit...and we bought it. There will not be a second time for me to be fooled.

As growers, patients, and caregivers; we follow our local laws and rules because that's what ERIC LERNER at the DOJ said to do. Yet, the cops and DEA continue to close down dispensaries, raid legal grow ops, and put people in prison every day. Making felons out of honest, hard-working Americans who are trying to get a Leg up in this fucked up economy.

And, these cops are no fucking angels. They steal money found at raids... they steal medicine...and then they laugh about it. Read the Article attached to this..."they stood around laughing and saying they knew this was a medical grow." If you show me a COP...I will show you a felon.

In fact, my Aunt was a Narcotics Officer for 25 years...technically she is a felon. I remember when I was a kid that she was talking about raids they did on Cannabis farms and Meth labs. She was scared because she knew that they had seized $250k...but, by the time it got to lock-up there was only $50k left...and half the dope seized had disappeared. And when the paperwork was filed...it was changed from $250k seized on all of the reports to $50k...out of fear of retribution (being fragged by your fellow officers). By not reporting this...THEY ARE NOW FELONS...and this goes on everyday!

Even Marc Emery got raided today by two local Canadian cops...they came into his patient smoking lounge and raided people's personal medicine. Jodie (his wife) said, "if they haven't sold it yet...they will be smoking it themselves tonight,"and, "I bet it never gets into the evidence locker."

"Any Government that rules through Fear and Intimidation is guilty of tyranny" (M.Ghandi)
