When I've spoken with them, the impression I got was they process licenses twice a month, the middle/end. It's tough sometimes to get through, but they will return your e-mail inquiries about your status.

It's great to be that empowered over my choices now, just 90 days ago what I'm allowed to do now would have landed me in jail for a long time and ruined my family.
