I picked up an 1/8th of this weed and i was interested to know what strain it is. It smells strong and fruity.

this looks alot like white rhino in my opinion...

no one is going to be able to tell you what you have.

Bongojaz is right. You're not going to be able to tell what exact strain you have. From the appearance of the bud, it looks dense and compact which is more characteristic of Indica or an indica cross but that is about as specific as you're possibly going to get from just looking at a picture.

well i guess a better question would be "how much do you rate this bud out of 10?"

now i think about it, it would be pretty impressive to be able to identify a strain just by looking at a picture.

What really matters is if you like it or not. All bud pics are like eye candy anyhow. I thought about taking pics from my latest harvest to share with everyone, but I'm a bit paranoid in doing so. For now, I'm content with just posting as it is considered as "Hear - Say"... there's no real proof in posting just words. Pics are a whole different ball game.
Anyhow... I say if you happen to find a bag seed or two and you really like the herb cause it does for you what you need it to, then by all means germinate it and keep your atmosphere "Female Friendly". By that I mean Low temps, high humidity, 18 hours of blue spectrum lighting, low dose (to prevent burning your plant) of high nitrogen nutrients after 3rd set of leaves. This will help you get a higher percentage of females vs males. Not that you wanted this information, but hey.. I offered it anyway.. what the hell right?

Well, i never get seeds in the weed i buy, but because i live in the UK i can just order a specific strain online, and yeah i agree with you about being discrete about growing, i would never put pictures up of that. I am guessing you live in the US and have to rely on finding seeds in weed you buy?

Yep, I live in the US, so you can only imagine what it's like being "self-sufficient" in "the land of the free". (a little sarcasm there... sorry...).
Anyhow, I was fortunate enough to obtain my doctors prescription and state card and was able to get my clones from my lawyer so I didn't have to do any exhausted searching for seeds or clones or resorting to bag seed. Is it as bad in the UK as it is in the US or do people there enjoy a more relaxed sense of "freedom"?
