L type fluorescent tubes
Can't help with flowering info as I'm not at that stage yet and won't be using them for flower, but I have a 2 (55W per bulb 6500K) bulb PL-L that I have my seedlings growing under and they seem to be really loving it. It puts out little heat and keeps the kids warm (77-79 F lights on) but not hot. So far I'm very pleased with it and will be getting more.
rattlingdags Reviewed by rattlingdags on . L type fluorescent tubes Also known as PL-L tubes (a Philips name)...are known as 2G11, 4-pin biax tubes in the lighting industry. I'm not an expert on these lights...but, a lot of CFL, T-5 & T-8 growers are making the switch to these type of fluoros. Below is just some raw info...if you want to reseach it farther. Prices are great, especially for DIY peeps......enjoy. 36 or 55 watt Bright Kits Rating: 5Disclaimer: Everything I write is simply virtual roleplaying. Life is but a play, so lets play.
