Help set up new medical grow suggestions equipment

A bit about me Hey guys pretty new here well pretty much as the title says im a med user i have problems : eating , sleeping , depression. And back pain from car accident in 10/07.

cash to work with ( reasonably to have a optiomal set up not commercial but personal )

would want to be able to have up to an 8th a day so i have no concern on limits. i usualy have 1-2g

have enough room to work with in fact would like veg/ flower room
have acess to 2 car garage and bedroom windows
would like to grow in true aeroponics or just some type of aero/hydro

would love feedback from soil growers as indoor is just the start

Please comments ideals anything im all ears. if im in the wrong area can i be pointed to the right one.

i got my med card this year and been researching since this and have decided to grow true aeroponics or atleast some method of hydro/aero.
i have somewhat amount of money to play with and have come up with a few choices of my own.

for hood reflectors?

bell lighting technologies Aka blt

magnum xxxl 6" or 8"

lumatek ?

any suggestions?
bulbs was hoping to get hort. dual arc 1k or each mh and hps but what are the special versions of those bulbs?

any other bulbs suggested? also i would really like to have both mh and a hps running side by side for both periods is this ideal? huge benefit? or just veg mh and flower hps

ballast i cant decide between galaxy select a watt or lumatek , what about quamtium?

again suggestions on any of that you might have owned or current have

i want a veg and a flower rooms what do you guys think of a drying / harvest room?

not really neesary imo.

that leads me with tent or no tent? ideal in any situation yes no why? as instaed of just a bedroom/ garage .

would like some kind of IR sheets what about insualation for sound and constant stable temps.

Start small, and figure out your particular wants/needs from your grow

I'm doing my first grow now, and it's only a single Grandaddy purple clone,... only had her for a week, but I've worked out veg lighting and she's taking off!

I'm only allowed 6 plants,.. and can't have more than 3 flowering at any time,... also I'm limited in the amount of meds I can have on hand. So I'm needing to limit my harvest to what's required, and rotate my crop so that I'm harvesting just as we are running out of meds.

What's up man. I just got on here last night. I got my card last month and decided to grow. Right now I'm using soil. I started with a drip irigation in my veg room and a ebb and flow in my flower. Go to youtube and type growing mj. Find a guy in green face paint and watch his videos. Alot of great info. You can also check out my set up. I only have 2 threads so far. I have alot of pictures. Once you find someething you like show us.

hey i got george cervantes ultimate grow and i also saw high times vol and on youtube some are nice and some are just a mess..... saw your thread how ufo working out? that guy that says i grow dank chronic lol veg/flower room seen it , personally think jorge cervantes more expereinced.

I'm in your same boat. I wouldn't worry about it. Watch when you start growing. Whos going to know how many you have just dont go over board.

if you are starting from scratch you need to look into LED lights...especially in the veg room...in flower you need to do your research in finding good ones with 660nm wavelength to ensure quality flowering :thumbsup:

You ever wonder how much of that spectrum goes to waste because the plants can't see it?
