Arizona: Taking Immigration Into Their Own Hands
Since you asked, yes it does piss me off having to provide ID and proof of insurance to the police for every minor traffic infraction. Insurance should not be mandated by the state, nice try though. It is also worth noting I disagree with state issued ID's and social security numbers. The teller analogy is completely off base since we are talking about a private company rather than government. I could easily choose to use another bank if I valued ease of withdrawal over security. There may be a law I'm not aware of requiring banks to check ID's. If that is the case, I think you can figure out where I stand on that.

Again, what difference does this make? That's like saying, "I got arrested for possession so I'm going rat out that dude over there for smoking a joint." How about instead of spreading the injustice to other groups, including illigals, we instead try and change the way citizens are treated by law enforcement and the government in general. There is no reason anyone should be arrested simply for not having an ID on them! And yes, I had a friend went to the jail because there was nobody around that could verify his ID that night. He was riding a bicycle with no light at 1:00 in the morning. Was going home from work, where he had left his wallet.
I suppose by that same logic we were completely justified in rounding up the Japs and putting them in cages during WWII, because you know, Hitler was doing it to the Jews.
We know exactly which immigrants. The ones with brown skin that look like they came from Mexico. Don't tell me, "it doesn't say that in the bill." It is clear this entire thing is about illegal mexican immigration, not any other nationality. This is giving the police broad power in questioning people based purely on race. If they see a Mexican, they can easily find an excuse to stop them. It isn't hard for cops to find something that gives them a right to start asking questions.Which immigrants? The muslim extremeists, the mexican "immigrants", the Chinese prostitutes, the Mariel boatlift crowd, Canadians...?
"Did you see that dude just stumble while walking, we better go see if he is intoxicated and legal."
How are illegals stepping on our "civil liberties?" Please do explain. I'm extremely interessted in hearing this. I don't think you understand the meaning of civil liberties, because I can't imagine what you are referring to.It's posted on the front door for a reason. Jump through the vastly open hoops and you get the prize. Backdoor us at your own peril. Aren't y'all tired of the illegals stepping on YOUR "civil liberties"?
