Arizona: Taking Immigration Into Their Own Hands
Doing the job the Feds wont.
Ariz. governor signs immigration enforcement bill
A response to the Feds failure on immigration.....im sure it will be challenged in court due to the "supremecy clause"......but Article IV section 4 of the Constitution says the US will garauntee each state a republican form of Govt. & protect it from invasion and domestic violence. Sounds like a fun legal case to follow. Texas should follow suit.Islandborn Reviewed by Islandborn on . Arizona: Taking Immigration Into Their Own Hands Doing the job the Feds wont. Arizona: Taking Immigration Into Their Own Hands
quite the topic...scares the hell out of politicians.
There is a lot of ways to look at it. News coverage on this is generally filled with inflaming content. I was watching PBS just now and from what i understand no case will go to court before mid july. This is going to be debated for a very long time. Since the US is a better place to seek employment than most south american countries (something that US companies have been profiting on for decades) why demonize the ppl who are in the us illegally. i do think it would be good for there to be no illegals in the us. i just get aggravated when ppl start complaining about the economic ramifications without recognizing that the money flow was to american bussiness from american tax payers, not an accident. sry for the long rambling post:stoned:

i find it funny when people like obama and friends call it racial profiling.um just for those who need a history check it is the mexicans that are illegal when they cross over in america. you can't really go to a white or black person and ask hey are you sure you're not from mexico?come on cut the bullshit ya bunch of fuckheads. this has been long overdue anyone that is for illegals in america cannot be for you're family and other legal americans.most illegals come over here rape rob and steal, then take jobs and btw for anyone that does'nt know they also send most of the money they make back to mexico.thats taking money out of our country.the fact is they don't come to america to help better america or help build it they come here to take from it.now sure im sure there might be a slect few that come here that are good people but not most.
for every illegal that comes here for work is 1 less job for the american people.now im sure there are some in america that says hey they are just taking the shit jobs no one wants.to that i say bullshit it's the illegals that make those jobs shit.they come in and lower the whole pay scale for everyone else only because they will do it for alot less.you would think with all the mexican pride they all have they would be happy in their own country?
i mean it does'nt make sense, man homes im mexican viva mexico well everyone but us mexicans.....

What is most upsetting about this is that the Fed doesn't like what they are doing in AZ, if they were serious about protecting the USA they would applaud. It is showing them as complacent in their duty to protect the borders. What is it about "illegal" that these idiots don't understand. These are not immigrants, they are ILLEGAL ALIENS. And why is the Mexican government so upset about our desire to protect against their people coming over? Just insane.
My wife saw most of her family die and had to sit in a refugee camp for a year before being allowed entry. Then there was a long wait to become a citizen. Why should it be any different for any of these people in Mexico? If they want entry, go the way everyone else has to.

How does anyone support this? They are making it illegal for immigrants to walk around without their immigration documents on them. With this law, if a LEGAL immigrant gets stopped by the police and does not have his documents on him, he can be arrested. I imagine most people on this forum would not appreciate being arrested simply for walking down a street while not having their drivers license on them.
This certainly sounds like it will promote civil liberties in this country, I tell you what. This is simply making it much easier for the government harass legal immigrants, not simply the illegal ones.
By the way, what the fuck happened to, "Give me your tired, your poor,. Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

Yeah there is going to be a shitload of lawsuits over this and the insurance company won't pickup the tab, the tax payers will have to.
