first grow....!!!!

This is my grow set up the plant in the large pot is a week and a half the other in the cup is 1 week old and the other cup is 1day old it has just turned green and needs to straighten its self out due to the tap root because i let my seed germinate until the seed shell falls off.

the week and a half plant was originally growing in some shitty dirt and i moved it to seed starting mix i may keep it in that through flowering but i do not know it was started in a bad enviorment and i hope it dont turn out male.

the same with the week old one but it was started in seed starting mix and transplanted a few times due to streaching

the day old is a stativa purple strain i know because i found it in a nug of purp and it was some dank purp

here are some pics of my set up with the both lights on and 1 light and the other to show the color im using both because i guess it can get the best of both

Hey man is this where your log is, because i can help ya with what i can. But if ya post all over im not sure where your at man. Anyway i dont think your plats will be bothered by the transplants, but i would get the one in a smaller pot asap. In that big of container, its going to go rooting for a long time before you get the top of the plant to grow. It will develop a root system before it grows above soil, ya know what im saying man? I am having a few issues myself with plants i put in bigger containers that im getting ready to put out.

yeah i got pot that some easter lillys where in i think im gonna use that also imma u this as my log. only thing is im gonna use the dirt out of that pot its got fetilizers in it i hope thats not gonna be a problem but imma try to clean out that stuff as much as i can or maybe put it in a cup with the bottom cut off and then it the smaller pot. also i have a 23 watt cfl now soo

Ok, if you have soil with pre loaded ferts in it, do not add anymore through your grow. That soil puts out the ferts when watered, so if you add more ferts with a watering, well that doubles the ferts and can burn them up. But i used pre ferted soil and didnt add any at all and my grow was great i thought.

Im going to post a pic of a very cheap light set up i use and maybe you can try to use them if you like. There easy and cheap. Thats why i used them and they worked well if you check out my '10 indoor grow you can see. You can start with one and build as you go, as i did. I started out with one.

4 26watt cfls
3 y splitters
1 hook light

You use the splitters to have one light hold 4 bulbs, with a reflector on top which really helps. I hope this helps. Anything eles just ask:jointsmile:

sick i think that a great set up i moved my plant to a buddys basement and i just wanna know where did u get the light....? i know a pet store would have them calling them heat lamps but would the home depo

i checked my plants and the leaves on my large one are growing up but the light is close enough and in the middle is a green lil knot or some shit it looks like its trying to flower

Just keep an eye on your PH (should be around 6.0ish), and give the lil' girls 18/6 lighting until /they/ tell you when they're ready to go to 12/12...

Wanna see how this turns out...
