i stopped 2-3 weeks ago, and i just got a call today saying my employment papers are going to be sent out today.. so i have about 5business days to get the papers.
i passed some homedrug tests, but never the first 3 pees of the day... if i wanted to pass i had to drink more water than usual to pass the test. but i did work out alot in those 2 weeks (and lost 10lbs)... i stopped working out this week because i thought the test was going to be this week... so i just wasted a week doing nothing but eating meat to get creatine levels up... wish i knew they would call before sending out the papers.
but im still going to try subbing and not take the chance... unless its supervised (which i hope its not) and then ill pee my self, which also ill be trying the dillution technique as well.

so work out, eat non fat foods first 2 weeks. then stop, take ur creatine for a week, then take ur test. thats wat i think is best from reading all these threads..

i have a friend who smoked same day... and bought something at gnc and still passed... and he is fatter than me. so idk lol.
