    Need grower feedback ASAP

    Hi all.

Here's the situation. I have been living in my apartment for 6 mos, growing in a 5x5 tent for that period of time. (Legally under RCW 691.51A) My landlords have informed me that they are coming to do a routine checkup on the property at 10:15 in the am.
They are not aware that I am a medical patient, or that I just so happen to be providing for myself under their roof by growing a qty of 6 plants (well under the "60 day supply" set forth in the RCW)
I'm afraid that I'm going to get evicted, so I need to get my girls out before 10 am, and into a location where they won't be disturbed.
My original plan was to put them in my truck (I have a canopy) but my real question is, how long can the girls be away from their environment without shocking them? I don't want all the hard work to flow down the drain to keep my landlords happy.

Any suggestions or feedback would be helpful.
    Thanks.

Do you have a closet or some place like that you can put your set up? If not your truck could work as long as it does not interfere with your light schedule.

Most likely they are just going to come in and have a quick look around to make sure you are not trashing the place.

Either way, have your paperwork handy and in order. Just in case.

Yeah, you're right. I keep my house in a very clean and neat condition. My charcoal canisters help with the smell. Anyway, I don't think they will even be there long enough for the girls to know what hit them, just worried about transporting back into the house in the daylight! Wish me luck, and thanks for the reply =)

if you're legal, you don't have to do anything! just have you license properly posted.

It is usually best not to put it in peoples faces just because you have a license. Especially a landlord when it is not necessary.

I have a license and occasionally smoke in public. I go down wind and cuff the dube so it is not obvious if it is a cig or joint.

A short time in the truck should have little overall effect.

first of all there are alot of legal issuse here because you are not the legal property owner.get out as fast as you can with your plants.next put them in your truck, then put them somewhere private.[hopefully this is done at night
as discreatly as possible].they will get their normal sunlight for that day, then just bringim home.they most likely will be ok.none the wiser.

(ii) Cultivate, on private property by the owner, lawful occupant, or other lawful resident or guest of the private property owner or lawful occupant, cannabis plants for personal consumption only, in an area of not more than twenty-five square feet per private residence or, in the absence of any residence, the parcel. Cultivation on leased or rented property may be subject to approval from the owner of the property. Provided that, nothing in this section shall permit unlawful or unlicensed cultivation of cannabis on any public lands.

that is in accordance with the new law for november 2010 also apart of the Compassionate Act for Medical Purpose.

in other words you must get the owners permission to grow on there property if you dont own the property yourself to be in compliance with the law.

make sure they have plenty of air flow in the truck so you dont sufforcate them. I just had that happen to some corn I forgot inmy car. they recovered but took about 2 weeks of stunting.

Put them in your closet! More than likely they won't even try to look. They just want to come in and make sure you aren't fucking up the floors and putting holes in the walls.

Last summer, my house was on the market (by my landlord) and I had to keep showing the place to potential buyers. I told my landlord and the realtor that I put my cat in the closet and didn't want her to escape. That way they stayed away from the closet. They looked at me a little funny, but they didn't touch the closet....that's all that matters!

Dragging the plants out of the house and into your truck then back again can cause stress to the plant. I'd only consider this if you really think they are going to do a thourough search of your place. But if it's a routine inspection, they will be in and out. They are not allowed to touch personal property. good luck!
