The only thing that I can tell you do to is look in the Growing Information and do some personal research on the internet. The people that you usually want to talk to hardly get on anymore but once they do and they see this thread you might have a higher chance getting tips on growing.

I Dont live in AZ but all I can say is for outdoors you want to learn your environment and always plan ahead! Get out there as early as you can so if you're still learning you'll give yourself room to make mistakes.
\"The only thing constant in the universe is change. If you\'re up you\'re going to be down tomorrow. If you\'re down you\'re going to be up....... You start on a journey and the most exciting part of your journey is the twist and turns where you dont know what\'s coming next. If you do know what\'s coming next there is something in the universe that will change that.\" - Tommy Chong - \"Words of an old pot head\"

How are you planning to do it? I mean in the ground, buckets, backyard, desert/woods/rural, etc...
Main thing is our dirt sucks bad in most areas, so you will need to use containers or dig up a planting bed. Also, it's pretty dry and hot from now until monsoons, so frequent watering or water retention methods are a must. The plants can handle the heat and humidity probs (at least in the ground, black pots may cook roots IDK) for the most part as long as they do get some wind and enough water.
