Denver is composed of neighborhoods to some extent, but there's not really any one place that I'd say has a more vibrant and accepting cannabis community... you're likely to find a mix of people basically everywhere. And really, unless you get unlucky and have some asshole neighbor, you should be fine basically anywhere in Denver, which is truly on the cutting edge of MJ culture at this point. Aside from the few riled up anti-MJ people who feel attacked by recent developments, the majority of Denverites seem at least accepting of it and wouldn't give you any issues. Like others said, as long as you're not smoking spliffs out on your front porch, you'll probably be okay. Possession and use of marijuana is decriminalized in the Denver area, so even if there was a problem with open consumption, it's a $50/$100 fine kind of thing.

Cherry Creek, Highlands Ranch (not related to The Highlands, it's South of main Denver), and generally most of Douglas County are probably not the places you want to live if you're not a fan of the "nose in the air" types. Cherry Creek and Highlands Ranch in particular... those are the richest neighborhoods in the Denver area.
