Yeah, it's a particularly weird Skunk #1 that was found in the UK in the 80's. The Big Buddha Seeds version is a cross of that clone-only strain with an Afghani father, which was meant to boost the yield a bit. I believe that they bred the F1s back to the mother until they found seed stock that seemed to produce plants with the twang of the mother on a reliable basis, and those are the seeds you see for sale as Big Buddha Cheese.

I used to live down on the coast of Oaxaca many years ago. There was a sativa growing down there that the locals called Limon. It tasted very similar to the UK cheese that I recently tried. Rating: 5
