    UK Cheese-a question

A very unique taste to this and very familiar to me. Does anyone know the genetics? This was one I hadn't tried until recently. I used to live down on the coast of Oaxaca many years ago. There was a sativa growing down there that the locals called Limon. It tasted very similar to the UK cheese that I recently tried.

I've heard this, too. It was a variation after numerous clones.

    UK Cheese-a question

UK cheese is just a skunk 1 not sure that it's in us yet.. Big buddah cheese is a cross if the uk cheese clone x afghani and well big buddah is a hack and the only reason this watered down verision of the cheese is around is cause god only know what big buddah payed Steve to win a cannabis cup with the stuff.

Still I wanna travel across the pond to try the real uk cheese.. Supposedly it's grown outdoors locally in uk and the same mother has been around for years

    Love your username...

Did you spend any time near Huatulco? I was down there recently and got a big fat ounce of Oaxacan that wasn't too bad. Looked horrible and not manicured, but I was pleasantly surprised by the effect.

Wish I could pack up and live in Puerto Escondido for awhile

    UK Cheese-a question

The real UK Cheese has been in CO for years. It is said to be a freak Skunk #1 that was selected from a 10,000 plant greenhouse grow in the UK back in the late 80's.

She has hands down the most unmistakable smell and flavor around., and a very nice euphoric giggly high as well

Yeah, it's a particularly weird Skunk #1 that was found in the UK in the 80's. The Big Buddha Seeds version is a cross of that clone-only strain with an Afghani father, which was meant to boost the yield a bit. I believe that they bred the F1s back to the mother until they found seed stock that seemed to produce plants with the twang of the mother on a reliable basis, and those are the seeds you see for sale as Big Buddha Cheese.

I lived in the Zipolite/Masunte area on and off for many years. Back in the 70's we used to access Tengolunda ( Huatulco vicinity) by backpacking in there with burros or by sea in lanchas. It was one of the most beautiful places on earth.
