Never been to any of those fine establishments, but I did check out "the farm" or some shit in Boulder. Their $250 an ounce strains(og kush, grape ape, several others) looked liked some hermie buds cut down 3 wks into flower. I wouldn't smoke it if if they GAVE it to me. I did end up getting some lemon haze, already pre weighed in a bottle which happened to be .2 short. $59 for 3.3 grams of some decent smoke.

The older fella working there didn't even know what he was doing. He said he was filling in for his son who was working his other job. No literature displayed anywhere, just a chair and a desk.
