closet grwing...light problems

I'm just learning myself, but I found this faq to be very well organized and easy to find quick answers to most questions. It wasn't enough for me most of the time, but is good to be used as a guide to be able to narrow down what you need to look for. I'm a few days into flowering, and I still go to that guide to troubleshoot.

I dont have much to invest until my first harvest. so im tryin to get my 1st 3 plants to bud with almost no money to buy any supplies.. i cut 3, 1 pint bottles in half and filled it with soil. they have been growing for 5 days and i can see that in about 2-3 day ill have my frist 2 leaves sproutin up. I water twice a day with 8-7-6 liquid miracle-gro(found laying around the house) 8% nitrogen,7% phosphate, 6% soluable potash, 0.10% iron. I have them on a Rating: 5

ok what i did was i ripped out all my indoor plants and decided i would start back outdoors.... so i gereminized my seed make a homemaid grow box out of paper towels and ziploc bag kept them damp humid and dark for about a week. they got to be about 1/2 in so i planted them in 10 different small styrofoam cups.... they are now outside getting 12 hrs sunlight and sbout 7hrs is direct light. they are now about a week and a half and growing fine. if anyone has any tips on getting high quality and a fast grow let me know.... also i had a question.. if i think my plant is close enough to flowering time can i take it indoors with the right light and all and bud it up in door and change the light cycle to 11 hours?
