Why would creatine be a problem? Ceatine is found in foods such as red meat and fish. You can also take creatine supps. Just be sure to do your creatine loading 3 days before the U/A to allow the necessary time for the body to metabolize the creatine into creatinine - the end waste product found in urine.
Burnt Toast Reviewed by Burnt Toast on . Upcoming test. I had not smoked in a long time, maybe a year. A little over a week ago, I smoked a few bowls over about a 4 day span. Nothing heavy. So im about 1 week clean(smoke cigarettes) Im over weight but not obese. Middle aged metabolism. I failed a home test kit tonight. I'll have to take a standard, pre-employment cup test within the week possibly in the next 48 hours. I'm studying the threads here including the "dilute" sticky. Advice?
