As part of his ad, this person says he owns the 'THC-University' and 'Cannabis for Compassion Center of New Mexico', and gives a website address. On this website he is advertising a class on growing techniques for $99 to be held in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate person/service/class?
