I've been pondering, how do you repot with a scrog? It must be difficult to manage. Insights?

They are from my Northern Lights Female that has been flowering for a week and a half.. The leaves are pretty crispy.. and yellow with brown.. please help, I want to figure out what is wrong ASAP so that I may correct it...
