DENVER (AP) - A suburban marijuana grower raided by federal drug authorities earlier this year in Highland's Ranch told a federal judge Friday he's changed his mind about changing his plea.

Chris Bartkowicz was scheduled to change his not guilty plea Friday morning. Instead, he advised the court he had changed his mind and planned to fight the charges.
