But still, just go for a walk, then jog for part of the walk and gradually work your way up to mostly jogging.

Nice addition dude, You're totally correct. Exercising releases endorphins which promote a positive attitude.

That actually reminds me of another awesome medicine you can use called St. John Wort. I don't much about other than it's supposed to essentially put you in a good mood. They make Tea with this in it. It's totally natural (like the best medicines are) and it works!

Panic attacks are FAR less common when you are in a good mood.
Faddenator Reviewed by Faddenator on . Panic Attack I hate these things. Right now I am on Paxil (not the CR version) and I really need to get a grip on these things. For those of you that are unfamiliar with these curses call 'panic attacks' it is when your worst fear comes to life... except there is nothing to fear. Like when I feel one coming on my fear is 'losing control' if that makes sense.. I don't wanna sound crazy or anything, but I am so tired of feeling these things. I get them about twice a week (roughly) and I cannot afford a Rating: 5
