Nice addition dude, You're totally correct. Exercising releases endorphins which promote a positive attitude.

Right now I am on Paxil (not the CR version) and I really need to get a grip on these things. For those of you that are unfamiliar with these curses call 'panic attacks' it is when your worst fear comes to life... except there is nothing to fear. Like when I feel one coming on my fear is 'losing control' if that makes sense.. I don't wanna sound crazy or anything, but I am so tired of feeling these things. I get them about twice a week (roughly) and I cannot afford a Rating: 5
