should be a simple matter of an update in the info. department. one thing is for sure, you must have the actual address on the license of the grow.

From the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act,
"E. A person who possesses a registry identification card shall notify the department of any change in the person's name, address, qualified patient's practitioner, qualified patient's primary caregiver or change in status of the qualified patient's debilitating medical condition within ten days of the change."

I would also send them one of those cards you get from the Postal Service and make a copy of it of both sides.If they have a fax # then send them a fax also both merhods make a record of your move.
