When you're not used to it, a little anxiety can be normal. just get one thing to be focused on, like a movie or some music. plus, toke carefully. you may not feel anything your first time, or you may have way more than you can handle. just take a hit every 4 minutes or so.

Could anyone fill me in on the do's/don'ts of first times, and technique, etc.? It depends who i'm with, but it will either be nugs or blueberries, and i guess i'd be really lucky if it was blueberries cause i hear its a lot better.
