Are recomendations in any way transferable to another state?
If I moved from Colorado to California, would my current recommendation(for Colorado) help me get a recommendation for California? If someone has an answer and can point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

No its not transferrable but your medical records are. You shouldn't have any problem getting authorized in cali.
