Pick a light schedule and stick with it. Don't alter it, 18/6 20/4 or 24/0. Their are varying opinions on which is best and no concensus.

LST is on my list of things to do,... possibly SCROG but for this first grow we are going all natural.:hippy:

I agree. It's best to do the first grow au-natural, just to get a feel for the whole process

I was thinking that when I get the proper grow room setup, I would grow 2 strains (3 each) and offset their life cycles by a month,.... So I'd harvest 1 plant each month, Just after harvesting the plant, I'm down to 5, so cut a clone off of the next plant of that strain to go into flowering, puting me back up to 3 of that strain,... Doing it this way would actually give me about 18 weeks of veg per strain, but still harvest every month or so.:weedpoke:

Probably an ill-conceived NOOB plan that won't work.
    Quite the contrary!
    It's a good plan.
Should produce a surplus, and variety.

However, it is best to have a "buffer" surplus because first grows " geng aft agley"

(You'd be surprised how hard it is to stay strictly legal without throwing buds away.)

    Very good advice, brah!
    Suggest you listen to PJ.
    Unless you want some pollen.
For economy and ROI, I use 18/6.

If you try to tell dem poor Keiki dat da whole planet has a "hitch in it's git-along", it's liable to freak out an' break a few rules of it's own, yah?

But, fo' real, photo-consistency, is mandatory!

Thanks Jay and Weezard. I've left the lighting at 18/6, temps for the day, high 81.9 low 73.9 Humidity 41-52%

I hope my negligence hasn't already stressed her too much.

Can someone tell me what I'm seeing at the base of all the new growth leaves?:wtf: If it's nanners this plant will become a house plant in the living room.

I'm feeling better about my gender issues,... so I checked back in on her. And she's been stretching!!!!

So, against my earlier decision of all natural, I've gone ahead and started LST,

She's got a bunch of branches trying to start near the base of the stalk, and they've been stunted over the last couple day's thanks to the much larger fan leaves coming in up top and blocking the lights that were almost 9" away from them.

The light's are much closer now! :hippy:

I think she`s OK, it's easy to get into a panic on your first grow.

Fair play, you have a lot more balls than I had during my 1st grow.

I see you added some tin foil covers around the base of your plant. When I made the covers for my pots I did use tin foil, but it is not the best thing to use (I didn't know at the time). Tin foil is not as reflective as mylar and creates a small amount of heat, it didn't cause an issue for me, but bear it in mind. It would be better if you could use a proper reflective material like mylar or what Weezard uses (can't rememeber what it is called).

It's called reflectix, I use it everywhere.
    V. cool stuff, but plain old white paper plates do jus' fine as soil covers.
The tinfoil works in a pinch and it's specular nature seems to confuse whitefly as well.

    Aloha, Cannawhatsis.

Those li'l spurs are called stipules I think.
They are not boy, or girl bits at this point.
Plant looks OK, relax a li'l.:rastasmoke:

    It's jus' a weed.

    Aloha y'all.

Well,... I tied her down not long before the lights went off last night,... and they've only been on for about an hour and a half so far this morning.

    I'd say she's adjusting nicely.
