hmmm... i still am only seeing personal opinion about others and not a thought on how you justify that your god used to command people to stone children and smash infants on rocks according to your "bible of love and peace..."

all i can say for now is i would really like to read the original text.as i do know the bible has been written many times over and things were left out or added to and or used diffrent words in place of the real word and so on.

here is a website tho most is not in english but some of it is.i read through alil bit that was in english and there are words in place of the real words.

other than that the part about the babies being killed and such during war was simple.anything that had to do with the evil of the other tribes worship of anything like baal worship and so on was against god.everything had to be killed and destoryed.think of this say you were back in those times or even today and you was at war with who ever. and you went and killed the father of a small boy that you were at war with.do you think the lil boy would ever forget you?no he would most likely spend his whole life searching you out to kill you for what you did to his father.

ever watch the movie gangs of new york? if ol bill the butcher would have killed the kid then it would have saved him his life the many years later.

I have already explained why I chose that thread. Perhaps you missed it. I was following redlocks, not you. I went there to rep him back for repping me. I posted in the thread because I haven't repped enough other folks to rep him again.

The weed you're smoking is making you a bit paranoid I think. I could care less what your political views are or redlocks' either for that matter. Politics just doesn't interest me.

no that stuffs not real remember?

anyways you choose not to believe in anything i choose to do so.no biggie

all i hear out of people like you is things like christians are responsible for all the wars and all the killing and all this and that.yet i have never seen a so called christian on these boards come into every thread bashing anyone.infact they make there lil posts about whatever and then people like yourself come in and in a smart ass kindda way start bashing them.
and saying things like if you believe in god you must be some carzy back woods crack pot.and on and on.this is pure hate for something that you don't believe in so whats the big deal?

i see it all the time it's like this, you could be talking to someone and god is not brought up at all, right.and the person you are talking to could be a master builder lets say,so your talking and you see this person really knows his stuff and you start to respect that person and then 1 day he tells you he believes in a god, after that people like you will dis miss everything that person had to say as if he's a fruit cake that don't know shit.

I would think so, since that was a reference to Time Bandits. Which is fictional.

Exactly. Let's just agree to disagree.

The rest of what you had to say is all assumption on your part. You don't know me. You are quite wrong about me and my motives.

Keep in mind that this isn't the Christianity forum. If it were, I'd give it a wide berth. This is a spirituality forum. Belief in god is not a prerequisite to spirituality.
