    Taking a one day break.

So I've been smoking every day for probably a month... not during the day... like I'll smoke at night after I need to shut off my mind.

I've noticed the need to smoke higher quantities in different forms as my body gets used to it... I'm taking a 1 day break before smoking again (So roughly 38-48 hours from the time I smoked last)

Will this make any difference in my body's tolerance level? Like last night, it took a joint and two gravity bong hits to get me where I wanted to be...

Yeah bud even 24hrs clean makes quite a difference, two and three days make equally big differences from there. Then you lose tolerance much more slowly over another week or two but it still keeps going down.

Optimally it would be best to just smoke every otherday, but once you make it a bedtime habit like I did too its hard to do that

I agree, give your system a rest from smoking for 2 or 3 days. But it really depends on how many blunts or bong hits you do a day.

If you do a lot, than give your self a week and drink a lot of water.

    Taking a one day break.

Your cannabinoid receivers and neuro-transmitters take about 14 days to completely cleanse themselves.

But if you aren't a heavy user after 4 or 5 days the difference will be negligible. So light that spliff son.
