The reason you havn't had any replies is probably because not many people would spend $600 on a 2 plant grow box. Most people build their own grow rooms/boxes or buy a tent. You have already ruled out one supplier by googling for bad reviews and checking out the telephone number. If you don't get a reply here, I would try other forums and check out the other companies in the same way you did the 1st.
