Blueberry Skunk grow
Call this day 0. Due to space restrictions I'll only grow 2 at a time, and since the plants will need extra blue spectrum to veg properly, I decided to pull out one of my 45 watt cool white CFL's and veg 24/0 until the babies are big enough for the UFO.
Eventually I'll have the PAR38 SMT Blue LED light delivered and I can provide deep blues to the babies.
As much as I wanted this to be a LED only grow, time restrictions are making me use a combined LED/CFL route.
Wish me luck! :hippy:Pedro de Pacas Reviewed by Pedro de Pacas on . Blueberry Skunk grow Call this day 0. Pretty basic: 1 45 watter cool white CFL, 2 3 gallon pots each with a mix of Miracle Grow and organic potting soil, the inline fan acts as an active air intake, sucking in fresh air.
I planted a Blueberry Skunk seed in each pot. I kept the setup as simple as possible, I wanted to avoid transplanting in a cramped space.

Not much action in the cab, I pulled the big guns and replaced the 45 watter with my trusty 120 w cool white CFL...that should get things moving! :hippy:

Sprout alert! One healthy little sprout poking out of the soil from the pot on the left while the one on the right is still playing hide & seek...nothing new, I'll keep the cab at 24/0 until I have 2 healthy plants!

Still no sign of life in pot #2 so I'm germinating a new seed. Here are a few recent pics!

Picked up the PAR38 SMT blue LED light at the Post Office and added it to the mix for a healthy vegging period! I'm waiting for the tiny one to grow a second set fo leaves before replacing the CFL with the UFO...this time I should have enough blue spectrum in the mix.:hippy:
