Our clones have 3 leaves.
We did clones after sexing.
And, somehow, the 18/6 lighting schedule became 6/18. The clones started sexing.
We corrected the lighting, but the clones are still putting out 3 leaves.
Any information would be helpful.

the amount of leaves isn't usually a sign of sex....its generally a trait of certain strains. If the leaves are green and healthy you should be ok. do you have pics that you could post?

as moody said, leaf number is irrelevant. but, you may have shocked the plants into being hermies. i wonder how you went from 18/6 to 6/18???
