so i should water it like every 4 days then one day water it till it drains through to flush it?

ive got some 12-8-4 fert should i use that instead or once i transplant it to a bigger container?

if you used pre-ferted medium, then including the nutes you add with water, i'd say your the medium is full of nutes. i copied bushy old grower's methods when i started growing. he used pre-ferted medium too. he would decrease the amount of base nutes by about 1/4 to compensate for the nutes in the medium. as for your watering/feeding schedule, only water/feed, when the plant dries up between them. in soil, feed once a week. between feedings, water with properly ph'd plain water. i like getting run-off when i water/feed, some folks don't. you'll find what method works best for you. if'n i was you, when i transplant, i wouldn't use pre-ferted medium. i like knowing what they're getting when i feed. plus, a lot of those mediums include vermiculite. i don't like verm. at all! i like letting the medium dry up naturally, and that stuff just gets in the way of that.
