Cloning
Hi all, first time grower here. Getting ready to harvest my first grow. Did pretty good for first time. Here is my question. I really like my Grape ape plant and want to clone it. It is a week from harvest so it is in the flowering stage. I read that it is harder to clone a plant in the flowering stage. Can I harvest the buds off the plant, then switch the lighting back to vegitative stage then clone her? Will harvesting kill the plant? Any advise would be much appreciated!

My success rate with revegging is about 40%. It is a time consuming process but it's worth the time if the plant is that good.I'd probably give revegging it a shot.

Yeah, me too, reveg so you can clone. Just leave the bottom branch or two and put it in the veg room, it will revert.

I've re-vegged a couple of times, (10-12 times a year for the past few years) and can offer some pointers for success.
First step...follow advise from those that have been-there-done-that, and disregard advise from those without experience. Learning myths and half-truths will deter you from actual knowledge.
Second...read the link in my signature regarding Bonsai Re-Vegging. Quick, simple and effective.
