Tried to watch the video, but all I get is about 10 minutes of broken video and choppy tunes. (DSL sucks)

How come in some pH charts it states phosphorus is more available at a low pH and other charts at a higher pH and some both?
There is a discrepancy with manganese as well. Does anyone have an explanation for this? Is phosphorous more available at a high or low pH?
