I actually liked them for growing as supplemental and seedling/early veg. Picked them up new for $55 a piece. They had 112 0.5w 10mm LEDs.

Problem was: they were poorly designed and kept blowing the power supplies due to overheating. If I may name-names (mods: feel free to edit) they were from GotBoost on E-Bay. First they supported me, then ignored me until I had two dead panels.

They had been sitting around for over six months. What I did was simple: I disabled two rows of LEDs taking 25% of the stress off the over-worked power supplies. Now they work fine although they are only 37 watters (3/4 of original design).

May take the two and cut off the 'dead' portion of the PCB and put both in one new self-designed box using the two power supplies. Then I will have spare LEDS, it will look much cleaner and will have a nice reliable 75W LED side light.
